Refund Policy

At WALK AWAKE, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned unworn beyond trying them on, unwashed and in their original condition, with any original tags attached. We may reduce a refund if an item has lost value through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Eligible cancellations include a refund of the original standard delivery charge. Additional express delivery charges are not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage when returning an item because they have changed their mind. We recommend using a tracked service.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs where a return is required.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
